In a dusty, neon-brown alleyway, fire scapes risimg on each side of tawny high-rises, a meting takes places.
Two entities walk towards each other. One commanding, tall; the other wispy, and thin.
The two looked each other in the eye, mischievously, distrusting.
Human consciousness spoke.
"We run into more obstacles daily than any single one of us could hope to handle. But know we're getting close."
God replied, "This is not the first time we've had this conversation."
And they warily shook hands and left.
